"I’ve really enjoyed my four years at the University of Dundee. I learnt so much across a wide range of subjects. The course is diverse, industrially relevant, comprehensive, flexible and very well structured and taught." - Calum Murray

“I decided to study Computing Science the course offered a great combination of the more theoretical aspects of computing which I enjoy, as well as the more practical elements. I also thought that the excellent Queen Mother Building, which houses the School of Computing, and the sociable department would provide a great environment to work and learn in.

“I’ve really enjoyed my four years at the University of Dundee. I learnt so much across a wide range of subjects. The course is diverse, industrially relevant, comprehensive, flexible and very well structured and taught. Whilst studying at the School of Computing I developed plenty of transferrable soft skills from the various group projects and presentations that are key components of the course

“I made lots of great friends and connections within the School, whilst gaining an internationally recognised degree. I also got involved in the Ultimate Frisbee team and we were even crowned National Champions! If you’re interested in sports, Dundee is a good place to study because there are plenty of green spaces to play and train in.

“I’m now going on to take part in a two year Graduate Programme as an On-board Graduate Software Engineer at Airbus Defence & Space which is part of the Airbus Group, the second largest Aerospace Company in the world. I may possibly come back and study an MSc or PhD. I’m excited for what the future holds.”
