- Exercise to Music (for over 50s)
- Regular exercise can help maintain your health, not only keeping your body healthy but your mind active too. Music can aid exercise. Whether you require motivation or inspiration- music can help, staving off the boredom and helping make exercise less of a chore.

- User Centre Artwork - NOW ONLINE
- The drawings by Jenny Soep of the User Centre at work are now online. They are available from User Centre Artwork.
- Booking now required for classes
- Please note booking is now required for all classes. We now have an online booking system which you can used when you are in the User Centre or from home/library. To book a place at a class you select "Classes" from along the top of this page. You will then see a list of classes, if there are spaces available you can select the book a place link and you will be able to submit your name. At this point you will have booked your place.
Please note if you book a place and then change your mind - you need to let us know so that we can free up the space for others.
- Wanted: Drop in Session Volunteers
- Know a little bit about computers? Enough to help beginners get started. We need volunteers to help out at Drop In Sessions. Don't worry about if you don't know everything, there will be other people there to support you. We hope to get enough people to make a rota system.
