BSc Interactive Media Design
This unique BSc Honours programme is aimed at the creative thinker and digital explorer who will shape the information-rich environment of the future. It is for people who have a passion for art, design and enhancing real people's lives.
You will look at the interface between technology, human beings, physical space and virtual space - designing and enhancing our experiences of interaction and breaking down borders. You will explore many kinds of interactive design and cutting-edge technologies. You will work on a diverse range of projects, and generate many new ideas and designs - from interactive movies and mobile technology interfaces to computer games for blind children and interfaces to wearable devices.
Importantly, the course is delivered in an environment drawn from both the School of Computing and the School of Design - providing you with a unique blend of approaches, methods and skills delivered by a lecturing team who are actively engaged in both research and creative work.
