Details for our Sunday morning local events:

Starts are available from 1100 to 1300; but someone will be available from 1030 to provide advice and register you on a course.
4 courses available: Yellow (c. 2km, easy), Orange, Green, Blue (c. 7km, difficult).
Entry fees will be: Seniors Ł4, Juniors and Students Ł1.
Preprinted maps may be available - check event details.
Sportident (SI) electronic punching will be used unless otherwise noted. SI e-cards will be available for hire on the day.

Scottish Championships 2008

Tayside Orienteers is one of the hosting clubs of this year's Scottish Championships, held on May 24th and 25th at Tullochroisk, near Kinloch Rannoch.

Scottish Orienteering League 2008

The Scottish Orienteering League (SOL) - Seven league events are held each year, with a competitor's best four results to count. The winner of each race earns 1000 points, with everyone else earning points based on their time as a percentage of the winner's time.

The fixtures for 2008 are:

SOL 2: Touch, Stirling, 11th May
SOL 3: Devilla, Kincardine on Forth, 15th June
SOL 4: tbc
SOL 5: Anagach, Grantown on Spey, 28th September
SOL 6: Inshriach South, Kincraig, 12th October
SOL 7: Craig a'Barns/Drumbuie, Dunkeld, 26th October
