This is the full constellation of Orion showing M42, M43 etc. The brown blob at the bottom left of this image is the top of a telephone pole at the bottom of my garden. It's about 12 metres from the camera.

Cassiopeia; circumpolar (Northern Hemisphere) constellation. Forming a W shape.
The same view as above but with principal stars labelled. Note Messier Object 103 (M103) can just be seen.
