Purchasing Dental SurveyPlus 2 from SWREG








Provided below is a complete step by step description of using SWREG to locate and purchase a Dental SurveyPlus 2 software licence. The example screen shots were taken using Microsoft Internet Explorer. If you are using a different web browser the basic steps and content shown below should be very similar.

The SWREG web site offers an online database of many different products in various categories. The first thing you need to do when visiting SWREG is locate the section for the Dental SurveyPlus 2 product. You can do this by following the below link:

Dental SurveyPlus 2 product page Once you have located the Dental SurveyPlus 2 product within SWREG you will see the screen as shown in Figure 1 below.

The Dental SurveyPlus 2 product screen provides a summary description of the software, details of pricing options, details of where to download the shareware version and contacting product support. If you browse/scroll further down the product description information you will be able to view the pricing details for the software - see Figure 2 below.

The pricing options are presented in a drop-down list (clicking on the list will open it up and show you all of the available options as shown in Figure 2). Note: all prices quoted are in American Dollars (SWREG is an American marketing facility) and prices are quoted exclusive of VAT (VAT will be added later to create a final cost). The pricing options available are:

1. A special price for those who are members of BASCD. If you are a member of BASCD please select 'BASCD Member' from the list of cost options. During the next stages of purchasing you will need to provide your name and company details which can be used to verify your status as an existing BASCD member.

2. To all others the full price will have to be paid. If you fall into this category please select 'Standard' from the list of cost options.

After selecting an appropriate pricing option, you can then begin the actual purchasing process by clicking the 'Order' button. A screen will appearing confirming your choice of pricing option and asking you to confirm the quantity of Dental SurveyPlus 2 licences you wish to buy (in the majority of cases this will be a quantity of '1') - see Figure 4 below.

PLEASE REMEMBER - DURING MOST OF THE FOLLOWING STAGES OF PURCHASING YOU CAN DECIDE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER OR CHANGE ITS DETAILS SIMPLY BY PRESSING THE 'BACK' BUTTON ON YOUR WEB BROWSER

FEEL FREE TO REMOVE 'Registration Backup Services'.. We can provide you with a new keycode/remind you of your old one if you loose it.

After specifying the quantity to purchase (see Figure 4 above) click the 'purchase' button to continue. A screen will then appear asking you to confirm your details. email address is particularly important, that is how the licence will be sent to you) - see Figure 5 below.

The screen shown in Figure 5 above also allows you to specify the Billing address which may or may not be the same as the Shipping Address.

If you browse/scroll right down to the bottom of the screen shown in Figure 5 you will be presented with various payment options - see Figure 6 below.

There are various ways in which you can make your payment with SWREG. These are relatively straight forward and can be seen in Figure 6.

After your payment has been processed you will be sent an email containing the registration details that you require to license your copy of Dental SurveyPlus 2 (and remove the limitation in the shareware version of the software). These will be in the form of a Name, Company and serial number which you can type into the Dental SurveyPlus 2 software (open the 'Help' menu in the software, select the 'About…' option, click on the 'Click here to register' button and follow the instructions).
