Team Agile Methods

![]() |
A number of agile practices can be included in the software engineering curriculum, but in practice laboratory work is sometimes limited to peer-programming. Continuous integration and test-driven development often are not included, and yet it is common in industry to code, test, and integrate at the same time. This project aims to identify good practice about the incorporation of these particular agile practices into Higher Education.
Experiences assessing agile practices, J. Bowyer and J. Hughes, HEA ICS (2006)
The project is supported by Microsoft and The Higher Education Academy Subject Network for Information and Computer Sciences.
From the University of Dundee: Dr Janet Hughes, Jon Bowyer, and Stephen Mudie.
Thanks are due to Alex Gibson (NCR), and lecturers, students, and the technical team from the School of Computing, University of Dundee, for their for suggestions and helpful comments.
