Talking About Technology

The UTOPIA Project, in collaboration with learndirect Scotland and Celebrate Age Network, is running a short course on communicating with users about technology.

The first stage of the course will be four two-hour seminars on communication skills, further details on the course are available.
The start date and times have yet to be finalised, when they are, this information will be available on these pages.

The course is especially relevant for people working with users who do not have very much experience with computers.

The next stage of the course will involve working with older people who are learning to use computers, and will be an invaluable opportunity to get experience working with this user group.

Please note that in order to be accepted for the second stage, you will have to have attended the first stage of the course.

You can read about the project on LearnDirect's website
