Dean becomes Board Member of ICT Industry Trade Body
ScotlandIS announces New Board of Directors
ScotlandIS, the trade body for the ICT industry, announced a new Board of Directors to be approved at their board meeting on 26 May 2009. The move comes in a bid to reflect the make up of their membership more fully. Commenting on the recent changes and appointees to ScotlandIS Chairman, Eddie Chance said: “I am delighted about this news on two fronts. Firstly, we have managed to attract so many high calibre individuals from across the ICT industry in Scotland who are passionate about the sector and the contribution it continues to make to our economy in these challenging times.
“Secondly and more importantly, I now believe that the board of ScotlandIS truly reflects the variety of our membership. It is a membership that has been growing over the last few years, reflecting the increasing value of the Scottish industry.
